This Circular on Guideline For Construction Of Eco-Industrial Park provides detailed regulations on the development of eco-industrial parks and relevant forms stipulated in Articles 2, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, and 53 of Decree No. 35/2022/ND-CP dated May 28, 2022 of the Government on management of industrial parks and economic zones.

This Circular applies to regulatory agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the development, certification, revocation, and re-certification of eco-industrial parks and eco-enterprises.
