On 16 September 2022, a delegation of representatives from MPI, MONRE, MOST, MOIT and VDB, UNIDO, SECO, the park management authorities of Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Bak Kạn and industrial park developers visited the Amata Bien Hoa Industrial Park in Dong Nai Province. The meeting took place back-to-back with the Workshop "EIP development in Viet Nam: Institutional Framework and Implementation”.

The objectives of the visit were to:

»   Gain knowledge and share experiences that can be scaled up in other industrial parks, leading the way to the transition to EIP;

»   Create an enabling environment for collaborative action, learning and peer-to-peer exchange;

»   Enhance the common understanding of appropriate solutions contributing to the translation of policies into practice.
