Guidelines for establishing new eco-industrial parks in Viet Nam for developers and provincial authorities are aligned with the Government of Viet Nam’s process for obtaining approval on provincial planning, construction planning and decision-making on investment policy and requirements to establish both traditional and new EIPs in the country. The guidelines coves key technical aspects relevant for reflecting and integrating international experiences, as well as suggesting site selection for the Government of Viet Nam, with indicators on how to establish new EIPs.
